Sizzle: I was referring to the fact that my co-workers see me as strong, self-confident, self-motivated and ?berefficient. Whereas I see myself as weak, needy, ineffectual. But sparkly! 8)
Shiny: In some respects, like work conditions and benefits, yes indeed. But in most ways, NO. My officemates are a very conservative, straight-laced bunch.
